Servers (Waiter/Waitress) - Dubai / Oman

Providing warm, personal, and attentive service to all guest at our restaurants. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; handling assigned sections, set-up/breakdown, stocking side stations, coordinating bussers and runners, upselling/suggestive selling of dishes and promotions, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

  • Greeting guests; taking serving and clearing orders.
  • Bussing and resetting tables; punching orders and preparing and settling checks.
  • Maintain guest relations and smoothness of the service cycle.
  • Organize take away orders efficiently and handle orders from home delivery.
  • Do any other related task at the instruction of the supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and standards as per Kuwait Govt. Laws.
  • Maintain a healthy work atmosphere and follow all safety and sanitization policies when handling food and beverage.
  • Other opening, hand over, ongoing and closing duties.
  • Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage list, promotions, and daily specials.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
