Accounts Receivable/Billing Analyst
 
Summary - Vaco has partnered with an IT/Consulting firm and they have an opening for a AR/Billing Analyst to handle some review and analysis on data. This role starts as soon as possible and the schedule is hybrid (3 days in 2 from office).
 
Functions/Essentials - 
  • Data analysis
  • Navigating sales system
  • Data integration
  • Moving contracts from Great Plains to Netsuite
  • Assistance with Billing for customers in portals,
  • Reconciliations and pulling reports
  • Comparing to the billing tracker
  • Processes are all on Excel and then import with a tool. V-Lookups are a must
  • Ariba is a huge plus
 
Schedule - 9am-5pm/8am-4pm (flexible)
