Job Title: Medical Claims Analyst

Pay: $18 per hour

Location: Fort Worth, TX (76102) - On-site

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description: We are looking for individuals to handle medical provider contact information essential for claims processing. This role involves verifying and updating provider details via phone, fax, or email to ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Responsibilities also include maintaining and validating provider databases, addressing real-time requests, and collaborating with team leads as needed. HIPAA compliance and adherence to production standards are integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and update provider contact information regularly

  • Communicate effectively with providers to obtain necessary documentation

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications

  • Ensure consistent and accurate data management

  • Collaborate with supervisors to address issues and achieve goals

  • Additional tasks as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Polished phone etiquette with a pleasant speaking voice

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional follow-up skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous call center experience and 1-2 years in medical office or administrative roles

  • Demonstrated record of excellent attendance

  • Production-driven experience preferred; soft sales experience desirable
