Key Role:
Work as a key person in determining a UI/UX that will enable our end users to use the system in an effective and compliant manner. Design of the UI could include multiple methods for interacting with our ServiceNow instance. These could be UI layouts for portals, dashboards, forms, and workspaces within the system. Perform day-to-day administration of these areas and manage life cycle upgrades as part of the team. Identify and execute platform enhancements to maximize the value proactively, provide input into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for this area. Stay abreast of new features, functionality, UI/UX standards for accessibility, and play a role in driving continual improvement. Perform design, implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance, and support for various user interfaces within ServiceNow. Build custom components using JavaScript, Jelly, or Angular to fulfill requirements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience with creating, evaluating, and implementing user interfaces
  • Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SCSS
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jelly and React a plus
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
