Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Data Entry SpecialistParma, OH (Onsite)11/24/2025 - 02/17/2026Shift - Mon-Fri/ 10 AM - 6 PM EST Job Responsibilities High-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images Document classification validation of automatically classified documents Data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents Redaction validation of automatically applied redactions Manual metadata indexing from digital documents Quality control of documents converted to digital format Check data validation of incoming checks Check batch total reconciliation Check amount account distribution as required by customer Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of related work experience Must attach a typing test (45 WPM or better, error-free preferred) Must have experience with 10-key (note this on resume) Must meet data entry requirement: 10,000 key strokes Familiarity with personal computers Basic knowledge of ten-key and keyboard skills Excellent written and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented Team player with positive, productive relationships across departments Excellent customer service skills Medical experience is a plus Must take a typing test and performance expectations are 45 wpm or better without errors is optimal.
