Job Description: LearningObjectives: Manage the state mandated paperwork for the department, as well as required college documentsAnswer phone and screen incoming calls and mailEstablishes and maintain general files and recordsCreates, maintains and tracks applicable departmental informationComposes and prepares both routine and confidential correspondence, letters, memos, forms, reports and other documentsMay prepare recordsProvide clerical support to the faculty evaluation processPerforms other duties as assigned Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester; Maintain satisfactory academic progress; Adhere to College's confidentiality policy; Successfully pass background/drug screening; Answer phone and take messages; Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing; Open and sort mail; Strong interpersonal communication skills; Willingness to learn new technology; Assist with special projects; Other duties as assigned.
