MUST HAVES:

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in managing or leading large teams with significant scope.
  • Experience in managing through subordinate managers (2 managers, each leading their own teams), ensuring they have the necessary leadership experience.
  • Background in public accounting with experience in public companies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
