Job Title: Foreclosure Administrative Assistant (Setting Sales Specialist)
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $19 - $21/hourly
Job Purpose:
The Setting Sales Specialist is responsible for reviewing data and disclosure packages to ensure the integrity of loan origination data. This role involves monitoring the return of fully executed disclosure packages to ensure regulatory compliance. The specialist will review all loan files submitted to the Processing Center, verifying proper signatures, dates, and receipt of all required disclosures.
Job Responsibilities:

Review loan files upon receipt in the Processing Center.
-
Ensure all documents are complete before forwarding files for sale.
-
Reject improperly documented files and ensure they are updated and resubmitted for review.
-
Verify receipt of all disclosures, correct dates and signatures, and ensure documents remain unchanged since the initial review.
Ideal Candidate:
-
1-2 years of experience in the mortgage business is a plus.
-
Knowledge of basic loan application completion skills.
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
-
Possess a positive attitude, be flexible in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and constructively contribute to the department.
