Arlington, United States Booz Allen Hamilton Full time
Presentation Solution Architect and Program Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Presentation Solution Architect and Program Management Specialist, you’ll wear two hats: developing solution concepts to support proposal efforts and managing the complexities of supporting a program with a variety of requirements. Compliance in bids and delivery depends on strong attention to detail, and it’s imperative to keep the program on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an architect and specialist who can help ensure success through technical solution facilitation and organizational skill.

As a Presentation Solution Architect, you’ll develop proposal solution concepts, architectures, plans, and narrative elements in support of proposal and other business development efforts. You will actively create proposal and solution content, translating subject matter experts’ inputs into compelling submissions that communicate client impact. You’ll apply leading-edge technical principles, theories, and concepts throughout the business development life cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring the solution design, presentation slides, and performance work statements (PWS) resonate with clients while meeting sustainability and affordability requirements. You’ll work on complex problems and provide innovative solutions for high-priority opportunities. You’ll communicate effectively with the capture team, senior leadership, teammates, and other stakeholders.

As a Program Management Specialist, you will implement and maintain organizational systems in support of the program. You’ll work with program leadership to compile, review, and edit contract deliverables and documentation. You’ll review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completion, assist in onboarding teams to projects, and prepare program status summaries and presentation. You’ll attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes. You’ll use tactical planning tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, and have regular interactions with project leads, subject matter experts, and other project analysts. This position will require a detail-oriented, organized approach to project management in all areas of a program management office, including onboarding, risk management, and deliverables.

At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed. Work with us and help make sure our key customers have the proposal and program support they need to accomplish their goals in support of the warfighters

You Have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Ability to lead teams of all levels throughout the solutioning process, including communicating with a variety of stakeholders and synthesizing subject matter experts’ inputs

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
