Must has valid ORT certification in packet at time of submission, state certification is not required for this position. Epic EMR. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season begins 10/1/2023, starting 10/1 ANY submissions must have Flu vaccine in packet at time of submission or they will be dropped, no declinations allowed.
