The Director of Customer Success is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact with clients.
  • Oversees interactions from all areas of operations within the company and ensure they are being fully serviced.
  • Provides value through Business Reviews, reporting, market updates, and any other relevant meaningful intelligence, building loyalty.
  • Establishes multiple points of contact within the organization to fully penetrate the account: executive, finance, operations, shipping, and purchasing.
  • Identifies additional opportunities for new business opportunities, referrals, and integrations.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations along with a support team including: timely payments, carrier interactions, agreement expirations, invoice issues, special projects, and all other relevant client needs.
  • Travels to interact directly with clients.
 
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 5+ years - up to 10 even better
  • Has been tied to revenue previously
  • Freight experience a huge plus
  • Client facing experience
  • Can quantify business increases - IE went from $1M to $2M in one year
 
Language Ability:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
 
Math Ability:
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
