Job Title:  Project Development Engineer III - Water (ECM)

Job Summary: ECM Holding Group Inc has an opportunity for a Project Development Engineer III - Water.  The Project Development Engineer III - Water shall have the ability to develop Scope, Cost and Savings proposals for ECMs Aqua division without direct supervision from the Director.  As a key member of the development team, this position reports directly to the Director of Development Engineering - Water and will help manage the workload and quality of the Jr. team members. This position responsibilities will also include working with the field staff to efficiently hand off projects for implementation and respond to Requests for Information

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Water Division Project Development

  • Assume auditing and development responsibility by learning AQUA’s audit tools and development workbooks inclusive of proposal outputs.
  • Complete assigned project developments which may include auditing, development, and proposal generation of the assigned opportunity.
  • Involvement in the training of divisional auditors, corporate auditors, and entry/ junior level development engineers.

 

General Project Development

  • Willingness to be involved in the auditing and Development of other ECM offerings (BES, HVAC Armor, TEL, others)
  •  Self-supervising within guidance and expectations of Aqua management.
  • Provides guidance to Jr. level engineers throughout the organization.
  •  Exercises independent initiative/ judgment in setting & implementing goals, leadership opportunities and corporate growth.
  •  Consistently demonstrates extremely high levels of technical knowledge, ingenuity and creativity.
  •  Develops and applies advanced technologies, engineering principles, theories and concepts.
  •  Broad knowledge about the design and operation of systems outside of specialty.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in Water Project Development
  • Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, and regulatory issues
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
  • Ability to Travel up to 33% of the time.
