ABOUT US: For over 100 years, not-for-profit Lakeland Regional Health has provided exceptional inpatient healthcare in over 40 specialties. LRH has received multiple workplace awards from highly reputable names, including Aetna, Forbes, and the Florida Hospital Association. Our 892-bed main campus operates a Level II Trauma Center, a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Bannasch Institute for Advanced Rehabilitation Medicine, and is home to one of the nation’s busiest single site Emergency Department. We continue to grow as seen in our Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children and Harrell Family Center for Behavioral Wellness.

- Faculty Position Includes Oversite and Precepting of Residents in Outpatient Settings
- Faculty Appointment with Nova Southeastern KPCOM
- Dedicated Adjacent Faculty-Resident Continuity Clinic

- Participation in the Submission of Scholarly Projects within the Department and Nationally
- Responsible for Academic Advising and Related Activities
- Clinic-Based Utilizing Epic EMR Platform
- 60 Resident Internal Medicine Program
- 892-bed Comprehensive Tertiary Referral Hospital with Level II Trauma Center
and Level III NICU - #2 Busiest ED in the Nation: 215k visits per year
- Fostering Team Camaraderie Amongst Other GME programs, Including EM, GS, Psych, and Pulmonary and Critical Care

- Qualifications: Must be board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA. Must have current Florida medical license or ability to obtain one. 2-3 years of clinical experience in the outpatient setting post residency preferred. 2 years GME faculty experience preferred but not required
