BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician for a Core Faculty position in our residency program in Winter Haven, Florida.

Our goal is to recruit and train the next generation of Family Physicians in Florida, Polk County, and the BayCare System.

As a Core Faculty member, you will have the opportunity to work within a new Family Medicine Residency program, with a shared call schedule and a noncompetitive, supportive environment. You will be responsible for precepting residents regularly in clinic, performing and precepting many office procedures, and playing a significant role in curriculum building and resident career choice education.

Possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic documentation is required.

Position Requires: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
