Blazerjobs is seeking experienced and compassionate School Psychologists to join our team for the upcoming school year. These full-time positions will handle a K-12 caseload, ensuring students receive the psychological and educational support they need. As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and strategies.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective educational plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs.
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and parents on various psychological and educational topics.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and state regulations related to school psychology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid Massachusetts licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and staff.
