This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment and is passionate about machinery, precision, and quality. You will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, using your expertise in CNC milling machines to ensure we deliver the highest quality products to our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of 5-axis milling, mastercam, gd&t, Fanuc, and tooling. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.Responsibilities:1. Operating and maintaining CNC milling machines, with a focus on 5-axis machines, to perform various functions including drilling, grinding, and milling.2. Interpreting and implementing complex engineering blueprints and CAD/CAM files to produce high-quality parts.3. Implementing advanced knowledge of GD&T principles to ensure precision in manufacturing.4. Utilizing Mastercam software to design and produce machine programs.5. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.6. Collaborating with the design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the CNC machine or the parts being fabricated.8. Advising on the selection, handling, and usage of the appropriate tools for various machining operations.9. Providing technical guidance, training, and support to other team members as needed.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist, preferably in the manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining 5-axis CNC milling machines.3. Extensive knowledge of Mastercam software and GD&T principles.4. Familiarity with Fanuc controls.5. Proficient in tool selection and usage for various machining operations.6. Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.8. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team.9. A commitment to adhering to all safety standards and procedures.10.
