About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in manual G-code programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines. This position requires a hands-on professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually program CNC milling machines (G-code).
  • Set up, fixture, and operate CNC mills.
  • Perform tool changes and offset adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct first article inspections and verify parts meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to meet production and quality goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
  • Accurately complete production documentation, part counts, and daily logs.
  • Lift and move materials or parts up to 50 lbs as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HAAS controllers.
  • Proven ability to manually program in G-code.
  • Experience with setup and operation of CNC milling machines.
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Ability to perform first article inspections and maintain tolerances.
  • Basic understanding of power tools and general shop equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
