Responsibilities Work in a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within a hospital settingCare for neonatal patients from less than 22 weeks to 46 weeks gestational ageManagement of drips including epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamineUses Epic electronic medical record (EMR) systemMust be comfortable managing critical drips for neonatal patientsEpic EMR experience preferred but not requiredRequired to work two out of three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)Only one day off allowed between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelersReturning candidates may be subject to policies regarding previous employment within the last 12 months Requirements Active WI or compact RN license required at time of considerationCurrent Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification requiredAt least 2 years of prior NICU nursing experience requiredMinimum of 1 completed travel contract in NICU setting requiredExperience caring for neonatal patients from >22 weeks to 46 weeks gestational age requiredSupervisory reference from within 2 years of employment or contract required Benefits High Pay and BonusesMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options401(k) PlanWeekly Payroll DepositFree Online CEUsGenerous Housing AllowanceTravel and Licensure ReimbursementsNon-taxed Per Diem and SubsidyTraveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID #P-617587.
