Candidate must be someone that has some sort of small scale lab experience. Main duties would entail working in a lab setting rather than a manufacturing setting. The candidate will be preparing fragrance compounds by weighing out raw materials, performing lab projects, and running samples. Job Details for Compound Technician:
  • Schedule: M-F 8:30-5 (looking for candidates who are flexible around this shift)
  • Pay: $19-20/hr
  • Temp-Perm (6 month initial contract)

Job Responsibilities for Compound Technician:
  • Small scale Perfumery General Compounding support for both local and global formulae
  • Prepare fragrance compounds by precisely weighing accurate formulae ingredients using automated system
  • Ensuring all ingredients are quality and within expiration date
  • Perform other lab and project tasks as directed by the Lab Supervisors
  • Maintain an organized collection of Raw Materials 

Job Requirements for Compound Technician:
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 20lbs
  • Flexibility to work overtime (where needed)
  • Detail & Service orientated to meet deadlines
  • Ability to pivot priorities as needed
