Temporary Role
Description:

Assist paralegals, attorneys and practice group with the litigation process. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Prepare and file the initial pleadings corresponding to bankruptcy and other matters.
  • Monitor, respond and prepare required pleading for all on-going cases until they are closed.
  • Assist with billing for specific clients as needed.
  • Perform conflict checks as needed.
  • Special projects and additional duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-4 years previous experience in related practice area
  • General knowledge of the administrative aspects of litigation proceedings
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the clients
  • Microsoft Office; database management skills a plus 

 

Minimum Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
