Watchlist Analyst

Job Summary: 

Seeking to hire mid-Level Counterterrorism Watchlist Analyst to support CT intelligence integration on a multifaceted U.S. Government program. Analyst will leverage analytic tools and databases to evaluate information that bolsters the U.S. Government’s response to and prevention of potential threats to the homeland and interests abroad. Analyst will follow established criteria, standards, and policies as they review intelligence reports and submit analytic recommendations relating to the quality assurance and quality control of watchlist nominations. A very flexible schedule is offered for this position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Bachelors degree plus 4-6 years experience in a related field

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph

• Strong understanding of biometrics technologies and biographical data

• Ability to manage multiple sets of data and apply operational judgment for decision making, to include accurate reading of reporting, intelligence reports, and technical data

• Adept at learning new technologies

• Detail-oriented with a proficiency for researching, analyzing, and prioritizing intelligence reports

• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills with excellent written and oral communication

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
