Position Summary:
We are seeking a mid-level Counterterrorism Watchlist Analyst to contribute to the integration of counterterrorism intelligence within a complex U.S. Government initiative. The Analyst will utilize various analytic tools and databases to assess information that enhances the U.S. Government's ability to respond to and prevent potential threats, both domestically and internationally. This role involves adhering to established guidelines and standards while reviewing intelligence reports and providing analytical recommendations regarding the quality assurance and control of watchlist nominations. A flexible work schedule is available for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of biometric technologies and biographical data.
- Effectively manage multiple data sets and apply operational judgment for informed decision-making, including accurate interpretation of reports and technical data.
- Exhibit a capacity for quickly learning new technologies.
- Maintain attention to detail with proficiency in researching, analyzing, and prioritizing intelligence reports.
- Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
