Job Description

Summary:
The DFW CSC P&C Admin will provide unrelenting customer service to DFW employees, perform full range of HR functions including assisting with the administration of HR policies, procedures, programs. He or she will maximize value of employee communication and employee recognition/appreciation along with ensuring a positive work environment. The candidate must be willing to take on additional responsibilities in areas outside of traditional HR functions.


Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

1.    Co-lead the Hourly Jumpstart Program and ensure New Hire Folders and Swag Bags are prepared for Day 1.

2.    Update and maintain team member data via personnel and medicals files, and People and Culture information systems (Success Factors, ADP, BenefitFocus, etc)
3.    Maintain various team member records such as:

  • 30/60/90 evaluations
  • DFW Team Member Roster
  • TM Vest/ T-shirts sizes 

4.    Co-plan engagement events and co-champion TEAM/ERGs
5.    Support recruiting and onboarding activities (Position/req creation, manage pending hires portal, I9 collection, etc)
6.    Distribute manual paychecks, submit requests for badge replacements, submit expenses through Concur
7.    Help prepare for P&C projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, reviews, etc.) 
8.    Update SNN with monthly YOS/Birthday acknowledgements and create/post flyers for special announcements
9.    Help create and support a positive team member experience; engage with employees regularly on the floor
10.    Other P&C duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications and Experience

1.    High School Diploma or equivalency required
2.    Experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative preferred
3.    Position preferred PC literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
4.    Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS helpful 
5.    Excellent organizational skills and time management 
6.    Strong written and verbal communications skills 
7.    Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
