Our client, a growing real estate company in Orange County, is looking for a motivated entry-level professional to join their team. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in both accounting and administrative functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Invoice Processing: Review invoices and vendor bills for accuracy, prepare payment requests, and ensure timely processing.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Enter and update financial data, generate reports, and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Audit Support: Assist with financial audits by organizing and providing required documentation and records.
  • Administrative Support: Manage filing systems for financial and operational records, schedule meetings, and assist with correspondence and office organization.
  • General Assistance: Support the team with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields; exposure to administrative work is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with accounting software is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Traits:
    • Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive.
    • Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
