Compensation: $35/hr and will convert to $75,000 + benefits & pto 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the successful implementation and delivery of mission critical facility systems maintenance projects.
  • Reviews project scope to develop project plans, level-of-effort estimates, scheduling, funding limitations, workflow procedures for accomplishing projects, monitoring and progress tracking, and allotment of available resources.
  • Collaborates with maintenance division staff and managers to outline workflow and determine individual duties and responsibilities.
  • Coordinates project activities with customers, vendors, and internal personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budgets.
  • Compiles project-related documents such as Method of Procedures, access requests, service reports, and quality assurance forms under the guidance of maintenance division managers.
  • Maintains regular, high-quality contact with customers and vendors through telephone, email, and hardcopy documents, ensuring full competency in all three methods of communication.
  • Manages a portfolio of mission-critical facilities, each having various systems that Company maintains. These systems may include but are not necessarily limited to:
    • Electrical Systems
    • Mechanical Systems
    • Physical Security
    • General Facility Systems
  • Acts as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent and clear communication regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two to five years related experience as a project manager, project coordinator, or account manager; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in as a customer success manager a plus
  • Experience in account management or customer relationship management is highly preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certificate is a plus.
  • Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
