This role is perfect for a Project Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. You'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Get to Do

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Handle contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.

• Track project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns.

• Foster a positive work environment and promote accountability among team members.

What You Will Bring…

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction, preferably with a general contractor.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel to project sites as needed
