Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist Assistantto join a school district in the Sharon, Massachusettsarea. We are currently conducting interviews and hiring for the remainder of the school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Job Details:

  • Part-time position, 3 Day per Week
    • 8AM- 3PM(Days are flexible)
  • Elementary Caseload will be discussed during the interview
  • Onsite CCC-SLP supervisor provided
  • Onsite work during the 2023-2024 school year

Benefits:

  • Weekly paycheck each Friday, W-2
  • Guaranteed work hours
  • Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.

  • Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Job Requirements:

  • A valid Massachusetts SLPA License is required
  • A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
  • Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
