JOB PURPOSE:
The Manager is responsible forplanning, organizing and supervising clinical operations at theassigned location under the direct supervision of the Home HealthDirector. The Manager ensures that all Associates, includingskilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides,provide service and function in accordance with all applicable lawsand regulations as well as agency and company philosophy, policiesand service standards. The Manager also cultivates strongrelationships with the community, other professions and keyinfluencers in conjunction with agency and companygoals.

Qualifications:
MINIMUMEXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum five years ofclinical experience, two of which must be recent in home health,plus two years of progressive management experience required (fortotal of seven years), preferably in home health which couldinclude back office operations of home health quality management,staff orientation and education, patient intake, scheduling andstaff management or supervision.
MINIMUMLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BYLAW:
Current License in the State ofGeorgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC MultistateLicense.
Valid Georgia Driverslicense.
ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Medicare,Medicaid, and accrediting organizations regulations and standardsrequired.
OASIS experience required.
