Job Title: Fulfillment Associate

Pay Range: $16-$20/hr

Type: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Location: PBS-CO (Pueblo, CO) and PBS-NM (Albuquerque, NM)

Position Objective

The Fulfillment Associate plays a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of customer orders. They are responsible for various critical functions, including order fulfillment, inventory control, quality assurance, manifesting, and invoicing. This role also involves occasional transportation of goods and adherence to regulatory requirements, making it crucial to our operations.

Major Functions

Order Fulfillment (45%)

  • Precisely pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in adherence to established SOPs.
  • Communicate with internal team members and external customers on order status.
  • Utilize the manifesting process to accurately track and record all items ready for shipment.
  • Maintain current status with reporting into the ERP on a daily basis.
  • Create and upload invoices for outgoing materials efficiently and accurately.
  • Safely transport goods to their destinations when required.

Inventory Control (30%)

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tracking activities with a meticulous approach.
  • Maintain detailed and organized spreadsheets to monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy.
  • Utilize the BioTrack Inventory Tracking System and Sage/X3 ERP systems to effectively manage inventory in New Mexico; in Colorado, utilize METRC and Sage/X3.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct routine inventory audits to ensure compliance with regulations.

Quality and Compliance (25%)

  • Utilizing a two-person integrity system, conduct thorough quality control checks on all outgoing goods to maintain the high-quality standards.
  • Maintain currency with state and local regulations, including RLD rules (if located in New Mexico), MED rules (if located in Colorado), and ensure strict adherence.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily fulfillment goals and meet customer requirements.

Please note that the percentage allocation is a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active MED badge in the state of Colorado.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

A Plus, but Not Required

  • Knowledge of state-mandated seed-to-sale inventory tracking systems (BioTrack and METRC).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Fast-paced work environment, with the ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and multitask.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Salary

$16 - $20 USD per hour
