Palantir Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Provide on-site support for the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of a next-generation Army intelligence and targeting system. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Collaborate with military personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the system. Train end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures for both hardware and software components. Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Document and report all activities, issues, and resolutions using appropriate reporting tools and systems. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications as required. Keep abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices related to Army intelligence systems and doctrine. Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and enhancements based on field experience and user feedback. Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures in accordance with organizational and military guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in field service support or a technical role
  • Experience with Palantir Solutions, Gotham, Gaia, Apollo, and Chat
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time CONUS and OCONUS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple tasks and priorities, and effectively interact with military personnel and end-users
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and operational needs
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer science or information technology field
  • DOD 8140 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE, and a computing environment Certification, including Linux+

Additional Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in field service support or a technical role in a defense or military environment preferred
  • Experience with Army intelligence and targeting systems a plus
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent time management skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
