Vaco’s client is seeking an experienced and strategic Graphic Designer to join them on a 6-month interim basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with C-suite leaders to transform complex data and insights into visually compelling presentations, designed to support critical business decisions. This position requires a creative professional who can think strategically and has a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to turn brainstorming and whiteboard solutions into professional presentations.
  • Develop content that translates data into visually impactful formats for high-level presentations, suitable for CEO and executive audiences.
  • Support insights with design that makes data resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring messages are clear and compelling.
  • Utilize advanced PDF and PowerPoint skills to produce polished, professional presentation materials.
  • Handle confidential, sensitive data with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven graphic design experience, especially in creating executive-level presentation content.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of business insights and ability to transform data into meaningful visual storytelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional maturity, high engagement, and commitment to the organization’s mission.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
