With over 50 years of industry experience, we continue to expand our capabilities and product offerings through innovation and operational excellence.Why join us?MedicalDentalVision401K with matchAnnual Bonus incentives Incredible growth optionsJob DetailsPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment such as: Meat grinders, labelers, scale units, printers, grinders, mixers, Reiser equipment, and/or Multivac systems.Conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other mechanical systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.Complete equipment changeovers, calibrations, and adjustments to meet production requirements.Repair or replace components such as bearings, belts, rollers, valves, sensors, and VFD-related parts.Support production operators in identifying and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.Maintain detailed maintenance records in alignment with USDA, GMP, HACCP, and internal standards.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.Follow all safety, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.Qualifications3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment required.Strong proficiency with slicers, Multivac systems, grinders, mixers, and other related machinery.Solid knowledge of mechanical systems; basic PLC/VFD troubleshooting is a plus.Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and high-speed conveyors.Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.Familiarity with USDA, GMP, HACCP, or BRC standards preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, refrigerated/hot environment.Interested in hearing more?
