Short Term Coverage Speech Pathologist, SLP Needed, ASAP - 12/22/23

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a school district near Westlake Village, California for a short duration of the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' speech and language development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct and indirecttherapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop appropriate goals and strategies
  • Monitor and document students' progress regularly
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy sessions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California SLP Licensure
  • Previous pediatric or school based experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
