This specialist needs to be able to work in a 24/7 shift work environment.

Clearance: Secret Clearance

Location: MacDill, AFB

Responsibilities of the VoIP Specialist:

·Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues/solutions.

·Maintain, troubleshoot, document and repair network devices to include phone systems, call managers, VTC’s, network infrastructure and trunk circuits.

· Identify, recommend, and implement simple solutions for smooth continuing operation of the DISN network as capacity needs change.

Qualifications of the VoIP Specialist:

·Active Secret Clearance.

·Proficiency in two or more of the following: TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, VTC systems.

·Must hold Current DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE, or equivalent) prior to start date.

Compensation for the VoIP Specialist:

·Salary Range: $30-42/ hourly ***Based on experience.

·Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

·Contract mobility and job stability – Fully funded through 2030.
