Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process medication orders, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
• Monitor medication therapy and make adjustments based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in pharmacy committee meetings and contribute to practice improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active Washington pharmacy license.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
