We are seeking an Interim PIC/Working Manager to manage pharmacy services at a 70-bed behavioral health facility. This 13-week assignment, with the potential for temp-to-hire, requires a proactive pharmacist ready to contribute to patient care and oversee operations.

• Start Date: Within ~2 weeks
• Duration: 13 weeks (temp-to-hire option available)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shifts
• Setting: Behavioral health pharmacy focusing on oral and psych medications

• Verify, fill, and check prescriptions with precision and care.
• Manage pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with all regulatory standards.
• Provide medication expertise for psychotropic and oral medications.
• Lead and mentor the pharmacy team, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Licensure: Active Washington Pharmacist license.
• Experience: Previous experience in a PIC role or equivalent managerial position preferred.
