Job Description: As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our financial operations. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $70k - $75k annually
