The Work

As a Configuration Management Senior Analyst, you will:

Join the Training System Support Center Configuration Management (CM) team on the Joint Strike Fighter Training & Logistics program, your mission is to maintain the integrity and traceability of the hardware/software released by the program to its customers.

Duties include:
• Tracking installed hardware/software on training devices
• Maintaining database of program hardware/software and data
• Assigning unique identifiers to hardware/software and data used by training devices
• Supporting engineering reviews and configuration audits
• Reviewing changes to software baseline to ensure compliance with configuration management policies

Please Note: : This position will require the selected candidate to have or obtain a Secret level U.S. government security clearance within a reasonable time after starting the position. U.S. citizenship is a requirement for consideration.

This role will require less than 25% travel.

You're the key figure in managing hardware/software tracking, leading engineering efforts, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and supporting project activities.

A level 3 employee is typically mid-career and has 3 to 5+or more years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from accredited college.

- Knowledge of configuration tools and data management processes

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- 3 or more years of experience with engineering methods and processes.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with JIRA or Confluence

- Experience working in a team environment across functional areas and products

- Track record prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
