Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Waxahachie, TX

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to join a supportive team and make a positive impact in Waxahachie, TX? We are seeking a compassionate professional to provide exceptional speech therapy services to individuals of all ages in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY).
  • Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligible for licensure.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric and/or adult clients, preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
