Job Description:
International Leadership of Texas is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming academic year. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in collaboration with educational teams.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve students' communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student success.
