**Job Title:** School Speech-Language Pathologist (24-25 School Year)

**Location:**Montgomery, NJ

**Description:**
Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 24-25 school year in Montgomery, NJ. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing essential speech and language services within our school district.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language delays.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and accommodations.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed to promote improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessment results, progress reports, and treatment plans.

**Requirements:**
- Valid New Jersey license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to support student success.
