Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity

Soliant is presently in search of a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant school-based team. As an SLP within our organization, you'll have the chance to deeply impact the lives of individuals grappling with communication and swallowing challenges.

Position Specifics:

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Contract Type: Part-time
Duration: Immediate - June 19th, 2024
Location: Near Skillman, NJ

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint communication and swallowing disorders.
Formulate personalized treatment plans grounded in assessment findings, student objectives, and evidence-based methodologies.
Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
Employ diverse techniques and approaches to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to furnish guidance and assistance to students confronting communication hurdles.
Regularly monitor and document progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and consistently evaluate outcomes.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid and active state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Prior experience with varied demographics and age ranges is highly advantageous.
Proficient in assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
