Job Overview:

The change agentin this role will work with leaders across the company tounderstand the scope of what’s being asked of our team members,assess stakeholders, and understand group dynamics. For eachchange, they’ll develop change management and communication plansto encourage successful, long-term change adoption. We’re lookingfor a curious mind who can engage in conversations with people ofall types and has experience (and intuition) in using psychology,change strategies and carefully crafted communication to influencebehaviors. This role is located in Warroad,MN.

Highlights of your role:
  • Collaborate withleaders and project teams to develop change management strategiessupporting the successful implementation of organizational changeinitiatives.
  • Use Marvin’s change management approach andtoolkit to define objectives, stakeholder impacts, and changemanagement plans aligned with project timelines andgoals.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and otherinformation gathering techniques to understand complex changeissues and stakeholderneeds.
  • Evaluate stakeholder readiness, sources ofresistance and cultural or behavioral gaps to address throughchange and communicationstrategies.
  • Lead strategic change planning before, duringand after key changes to engage stakeholders, activate changechampions and ultimately cement new behaviors.
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns(partnering with our internal comms and creative teams as needed)to support change initiatives and foster employee engagementthrough clear, concise messaging tailored to different audiencesand communicationchannels..
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measurethe effectiveness of change management and communicationstrategies. Monitor progress, gather feedback, analyze data toidentify areas for improvement, and make recommendations foroptimization.
 

 

You're a good fit if you have (or if youcan):
  • Manage complexproblems with ease, find root causes and bring bold solutionsforward.
  • Adept at using various research methods to uncoverstakeholder perspectives, experiences, pain points, andmotivations.
  • Engage effectively with any stakeholder level (senior,director, manager), type (technical, non-technical) and group-size(1:1, small/medium/large groups) both in-person andvirtually.
  • Set and drive strategies independently with minimalmanager supervision and take ownership of projectsend-to-end.
  • Understand how and when to communicate for impact andexcel in communicating verbally, in writing, and through stronglycrafted presentations.
  • Innate curiosity and willingness to become an expert inMarvin’s change managementapproach.
Also want to make sureyou have:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a change management orcommunications-related role.BA inCommunications, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or relatedfield.
  • Experience in conducting qualitativeand quantitative research and developinginsights.
  • Experience leading and supporting change on complex,organization-wide initiatives.Proven trackrecord of leading through influence, building strongrelationships.
  • A portfolio or examples ofcommunications you’ve crafted in support of a large-scale changeeffort.
  • Change Management Professionalcertification a plus (or interest in becomingcertified)

 * Pay range is approximately $60k -$84k for this position.
