In this role, you’ll typically oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or a significant segment of large and complex projects. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components of the project. Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.

You Have:

  • Experience with project planning and program management

  • Experience with building and leading customer relationships and expectations

  • Knowledge of Agile processes in a data research environment

  • Ability to build and manage diverse teams and build strong client rapport to ensure the overall success of the mission

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SCRUM

  • Experience with improving communications and efficiencies in client and team management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project and Teams

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a remote and disperse team

  • SCRUM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
