Location: Maple Lake, MN
Hours: Full-Time Role (40 Hours/week)
Caseload/Details: PreK-5th grade while help with some middle school; One-Site

About the Role:

Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in young lives? Join our dedicated team in Maple Lake, MN, and help shape the future for children from PreK to Middle School. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment.

  • Collaborate with 2 current SLPs to conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Provide speech therapy services to a diverse PreK-Elementary caseload, with some responsibilities extending to Middle School.
  • Work at a single school site, ensuring consistency and focus on student development.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents to support student success.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
