The Human ResourcesInformation Systems Partner III plays a meaningfulrole within the HR department and is empowered to make creativeenhancements and continuous improvements to our current HRISsystems. Participate in HR System configuration and partner withmultiple departments as a subject matter authority on bothsophisticated HRIS setup and HR processes.

Highlights of yourrole:- Build strong partnerships/collaborationwith departments to translate information into businessprocess/system functionality that both aligns with the needs of thebusiness and keeps the end user experience inmind.
- Train, mentor, and acts as atechnical resource for colleagues, leading production support forHR systems. Collect/assess customer feedback, provides support andconducts root cause analysis of systemissues.
- Configure HR systems for useEnterprise wide, implementing process improvements and policychanges crafted to improve efficiency and the user experience withthe system.
- Recommend and implementprocess/customer services improvements, innovative solutions,policy changes and/or major variations from standard practiceacquiring vital input and approvals.
- Experience in UKG Pro and UKG WorkforceManagement™ solution, Business Intelligence, and Cognosreporting.
- Solid understanding of thecontext of Human Resources role and function within theorganization; understanding of HR principles, processes, programs,practices and data.
- Demonstrable abilityto consult and transfer knowledge of critical HRISskills.
- Ability to translate highlytechnical concepts into terms understandable by business partnersinside and outside of HR.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HumanResources, IT or ComputerScience.
- Minimum of 4 years' experiencein HR, including HR Technology systems andapplications.
- Effective communication anddiplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others,particularly management/colleagues in otherHR.
