Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time, 32 Hours/Week)Join a Growing Non-Profit Team Are you a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist looking to grow your skillset? A growing non-profit organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a mission-driven team Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable for the organization (approximately 100-150 invoices per week). Code invoices accurately to the correct project and route for approval. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist with processing employee expense reports and reimbursements. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics SL for invoice entry and vendor management. Collaborate closely with accounting team members on various payables and administrative tasks. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy, and working both independently and as part of a team. Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas or VLOOKUPs is a plus). Experience using an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics SL is a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Hours & Location 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday (8:30am-5pm) Business casual environment. Local candidates only.
