Requirements: 
  • OR license
  • 2 years specialty experience
  • Previous Travel experience
  • BLS
  • NRP
  • MFTI Cert Preferred
Other Details:
  • Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment
  • Refusal to float as requested will result in a cancellation of contract
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown

REFUSAL TO FLOAT AS REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Legacy Health expects travelers to float within a site and across the system. Travelers are required to complete any education assigned within one week of assignment. Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without cause or penalty
