Opportunity: RN - Acute Care Job Details: • Work variable shifts in a 24-bed acute care unit • Required schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week • Patient ratios of 6-7:1 • Floating policy: rarely required • Must have geriatric care or inpatient rehab experience with swing bed patients • Advanced wound care skills needed • Work with standard medical/surgical equipment • Use Cerner documentation system • Perform minor procedures on the unit • Required certifications: BLS • Preferred certifications: ACLS, CPI • Dress code: All navy scrubs or navy top with white bottoms • Patient experience requirements: provide concierge-level service to affluent community • Unit staffing includes no health unit coordinator, tech, or extra RN when tech is unavailable • Excellent culture and teamwork environment Facility: This healthcare facility features a 24-bed acute care unit that provides comprehensive medical and surgical services to the community.
