A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:RN - Acute CareJob Details:• Variable 12-hour shifts with scheduling requirement of three 12-hour shifts per week• Work in 24-bed acute care unit with patient ratios of 6-7:1• Rare floating requirements to other units• Use standard med/surg equipment and Cerner documentation system• Work independently with no HUC, tech, or extra RN support when no tech is available• Provide concierge-level service expected by affluent community• Must have experience caring for geriatric patients or past inpatient rehabilitation experience with swing bed patients• Advanced wound care skills required• Perform minor procedures on the unit• BLS certification required, ACLS and CPI preferred• Dress code requires navy scrubs or navy top with white bottoms• Work with experienced staff in excellent culture with strong teamworkFacility:This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services to an affluent community with a focus on high-quality patient care and concierge-level service.
